Dear Colleagues,

It is our pleasure to inform you that the 13th EFLM Continuous Postgraduate Course in Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine will be held in Dubrovnik in October 19-20, 2013 at Inter-University Centre Dubrovnik. This advanced course entitled 'New Trends in Diagnosis and Management using POC Instruments' comprises lectures presenting the utmost knowledge related to POC with the goal to bring the latest news on POC testing in the health care to the clinical chemists, specialists in laboratory medicine and medical doctors. We are pleased to inform you that the Course is now open for registration, with the registration fees: 130 EUR before and 150 EUR after September 1^st 2013.

For the first time this course is open for the poster session. The participants are invited to submit their posters before August 1, 2013. The Scientific and Organising Committee will choose 2 – 3 posters for short oral presentation and the best poster will be awarded.

The EFLM announce bursaries for young participants (<35 year). Application should be submitted by July 1, 2013.

The course will be evaluated with credits according to National Society and UEMS rules.
